Rev Your Engines for The Association 500
The Connecticut Society of Association Executives invites you to exhibit at our 2009 Annual Conference, Rev Your Engines for The Association 500. The entire program will have a racing theme and our exhibit hall will be our Exhibitor Superspeedway. Register soon as the early registration deadline is September 15, 2009.
The CSAE Annual Conference will begin at 8:00 a.m., Monday, November 9, 2009.
Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitor Schedule
8:00-1:00 p.m. – Decorator Set Up
11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. – Lunch and Awards
1:00-2:30 p.m. – Exhibitor Set Up
2:45-4:00 p.m. – Exhibits
4:10 p.m. – Closing Keynote
5:00 p.m. – Move Out
Your Time with Attendees
• Attend morning education sessions. You’ll have one-on-one time with attendees and can extend personal invitations to visit your booth.
• Everyone is invited to lunch where you can forge relationships with other attendees.
• If you don’t need the full set up time, attend an afternoon breakout which is where your target audience will be.
• Dedicated exhibit time.
• Be entertained by the closing keynote but also spend more time with your target audience, the attendees.
Join us in making this fun. If you’re feeling creative, use the racing theme for your giveaways, door prizes and auction items.
Exhibit Details
• Exhibit Booth: pipe and drape, includes six foot table and sign.
• One conference registration is included with your exhibit registration and includes lunch, awards, keynotes and all educational sessions. Additional representatives may attend at $99 per person.
• Exhibits may be taken down at 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit fee includes one exhibitor registration. Additional representatives are $99/each.
• $320 – CSAE Members
• $395 – Non Members
• $575 – Exhibit and Join (membership through January 31, 2011)
• Add $50 Late Fee - Postmarked after September 15, 2009
Sponsorships
The Drivers Meeting – That all-important half hour before things get started where attendees fill their tanks at the continental buffet. Sponsorship includes signage at registration desk and at buffet plus link from CSAE website for one month and mention at general session. $300
Pit Stop – Where attendees stop between educational sessions for a chasse adjustment (refreshments). Sponsorship includes signage at registration desk and at buffet plus mention at general session. $200
Winners Circle and Lunch – Where everyone gets together to make connections and celebrate with award winners. Sponsorship includes signage at registration desk and at lunch plus link from CSAE website for one month, mention at general session, and five minutes at the podium during lunch. $500
